Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Most in-stock items ship directly from our U.S. warehouse. For international or presale orders, items may ship from one of our partner warehouses worldwide. Sometimes orders may arrive in multiple packages — we’ll send tracking details for each shipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s lost in transit, please email us at support@shopcoresculpt.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

We offer a 60-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn (trying on is okay), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

At this time, we don’t provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping usually costs around $10, depending on your country. As a thank-you, we’ll send you a discount code for your next purchase once your return is processed.
